The stay was absolutely very relaxing. The venue was well-maintained, I loved the stay and the location was peaceful next to Villeneuve-Loubet, a more quite residential area of Villeneuve-Loubet, which was a perfect balance of tranquility and closeness to Nice and the supermarket, beach, bars and restaurants. The staff was friendly, as well as host. The restaurant was not very far from the hotel.

This hotel had a comfortable room with multi-channel TV, a dining area, a study table, and a well-equipped kitchen.

This hotel features exceptionally comfortable beds, an electric kettle, air conditioning, a sofa bed, and a convenient kitchenette in the room.

The place was recently renovated and the efforts on the inside are impressive. the interior of the room we stayed in was superb and had a private balcony with great views. the location was perfect, in a peaceful residential area close to a big supermarket, a bank, a bakery, and just a short walk away from the beach. We also enjoyed the shared pool in the garden and the direct access to the river, where we spotted some ducks and swans.

The lack of basic amenities provided in the apartment. the kitchen was well-equipped but there was nothing there, not even salt, pepper, or tea bags.

Bathroom lacks a shower barrier or curtain, resulting in everything getting wet. Weak shower stream.

The location next to the river is just amazing! You can relax by the pool and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. the room is beautifully designed and the bathroom is top-notch. the service provided by the staff is excellent, they are always there to ensure your comfort. the breakfast delivered to your door every morning is a delightful treat.

The housekeeping could use some improvement, especially in terms of changing towels and sheets more frequently.
